Shipping 

Sometimes we have a Free Shipping promotion. Unless otherwise stated, that means domestic shipping only. When we say Free Returns, we mean free within the USA. When we explicitly state that shipping is free for international customers, some restrictions may still apply. 

We ship 5 days a week via USPS mostly. In most cases, you will receive the products within 5 business days if you are in the US. However, this is not guaranteed. If your order is urgent, let us know.

We ship internationally!  Customs and taxes are always your responsibility. Delivery time varies. If you use First Class Mail, be advised that to some countries there may be no tracking after it leaves USA, it may take longer than Priority. We ship Platformas only via Priority or Express. We do recommend Express, the parcel will get to you (much) sooner. Feel free to contact us regarding international shipping. We may use UPS or DHL as Express at our discretion.

Sometimes we will ask you to send us a photo of the ID with the Credit Card holder's name on it (a passport, driver's license). This may happen if billing and shipping address or name are different and in some other cases. 


Returns

ATTENTION: If you are returning the case because you have bought a wrong model by mistake, we may charge you a restocking fee up to 15%. 

You may return unused Strotter products for a full refund minus original shipping costs within 45 days of the purchase. To initiate a return, please email us at support@strotter.com, we will send you the Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.  We suggest using a service with a tracking number and insurance when sending us the returned merchandise. We need to receive the package to issue a refund.
