Strotter products have a lifetime warranty. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our bags and cases.
If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship, we will replace or repair your bag or case at our discretion. Damages not covered are those resulting from abuse (the dog ate my bag), normal wear and tear (things get old), cosmetic damages (stains, scratches). Any damage to or loss of the contents of a bag/case including the tablet and its data, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses are not covered.
To make sure you qualify for a warranty repair or replacement please send some pictures to support@strotter.com and we'll get back to you.
If your bag or case qualifies under our warranty, you need to ship it to Strotter. Once the product is received along with the warranty claim form, we will evaluate the claim within 10 business days. If the claim is approved, we will replace or repair your product. Please note that we may no longer offer the exact product that you returned, in that case we will recommend a similar product as replacement.
When sending your bag to use for a warranty claim we recommend using a service with a tracking number, like USPS Priority, UPS or FedEx.
Please note that only the products bought at strotter.com are covered by the lifetime warranty. If you bought our products elsewhere, the warranty term is 1 year; we will need a proof of purchase.
